Dean earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from MSU, where his academic foundation sparked a lifelong passion for service, diplomacy, and collaborative leadership. His journey has taken him across the globe, yet he remains deeply rooted in his Michigan upbringing and the values he cultivated in East Lansing.
