MSU ALUMNA NAMED GLOBAL HEAD OF FORD BUSINESS UNIT

Colleen Haley returns from her assignment in Brazil to take on the roles of Global Head for Yazaki’s Ford Business Unit and Chairman of Yazaki’s operations in the Mercosur region.
In her previous role as Senior Executive Vice President for Yazaki Mercosur, Haley led operations in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Her support accelerated the alignment of Mercosur with Yazaki’s North and Central American organization, forming the Americas Region.
Haley has managed Yazaki’s quality, profitability and business planning as Executive Vice President for the Ford, GM and FCA Business Units. She now will oversee all elements of Yazaki Mercosur business headquartered in Brazil.
In her new roles, Haley will continue to improve Yazaki’s global customer satisfaction, reach and profitability. Haley was a 2008 Inforum Inner Circle Honoree, a 2010 and 2015 Automotive News 100 Leading Women awardee and is a member of the Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations Alumni Advisory Board.
She is a founding member of Inforum’s AutomotiveNEXT. Haley is a former member of the District Improvement Committee for Chelsea Schools and member of the Board of the Detroit Regional Chamber, serving as Chair of the Compensation Committee.
She received her bachelor's degree and her Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations, both from the School of Social Science.
