Msu alumna named to board of directors of junior achievement

MSU ALUMNA NAMED TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT

MSU alumna Jessica M. Herron was named to the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan.

Herron is an associate in Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP's Corporate Department. The mission of Junior Achievement is to teach personal financial responsibility, workforce readiness and entrepreneurial thinking to young people through its dedicated volunteer. 

Herron focuses her practice on private equity, securities and corporate governance matters. She assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, financings, transactional matters, private and public securities offerings, and compliance and disclosure under SEC rules and listing standards.

She earned a J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University School of Law, an M.A. in public  relations from Michigan State University and a B.A. from MSU’s James Madison College.
