Msu alumna to direct brain injury association

MSU ALUMNA TO DIRECT BRAIN INJURY ASSOCIATION

The Brain Injury Association of Michigan recently hired Gina Aldridge as its new director of programs. She will be primarily responsible for managing and growing the association’s continuing education and community outreach programs, providing guidance to all staff and volunteers involved with the association’s programs and services, and supervising all information and referral services staff.

Association President Mike Dabbs welcomed Aldridge, who has worked for more than 13 years at St. Vincent Catholic Charities in Lansing.

“We’re thrilled and extremely fortunate to have Gina join us,” said Dabbs. “The level of expertise she brings in program administration and development, combined with her organizational skills and extensive experience in the nonprofit world, will prove to be a valuable asset as we continue to grow as an association."

Aldridge earned a BA in psychology at MSU in 2004. She went on to earn a master's degree Aldridge earned a master's degree at Central Michigan University.

The Brain Injury Association of Michigan  is dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by brain injury while reducing the incidence and impact of brain injury through education, advocacy, support, treatment services and research.
